My rentals are suitable for children and, babies (under 2 years).

Apartment NO SMOKING, however smoking is allowed on the terrace or patio. Please use the ashtrays provided; thank you. Empty them before you leave.

We advise you not to pet and feed the stray cats of Lanzarote in order not to be bitten by fleas and not to bring them into our apartments. Which would not be pleasant for everyone. We ensure the exemplary cleanliness of our accommodations

For hygiene reasons, our animal friends are unfortunately prohibited.

Babies welcome, provision and no extra baby bed and baby bath on request. (For hygiene reasons, baby bed linen is not provided)

  I ask all my holidaymakers not to make noise in case of late arrival, in order to respect the neighborhood and not to organize noisy parties after 10pm

Dispose of garbage before you leave

To protect our environment, we strive to respect the principles of sustainable tourism. We ask everyone to use water and responsible electricity ... It is for this reason that air conditioning is charged, do not worry, air conditioning is not expensive and not really necessary, because there is air in Lanzarote and the nights are cool.
