Villa CHAO is a beautiful two bedrooms house with its wonderful landscaped Manrique style garden and its own private heated pool. Living room with leather sofa, dining area with table and chairs, flat screen TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cuttle and all you need to cook. Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, etc. You will find the washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drier in the separate utility area. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower over, sink, bidet and toilet. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom offers a queen bed and french windows opening on to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. To laze away the days, there is a Thai style outside bed in the garden. The private heated swimming pool (size approximately 8m x 4m, depth 1.10m to 1.70m) has Roman steps and is surrounded by sun deck with sun loungers and parasols. The pool and garden are surrounded by high walls offering privacy and both the pool area and garden are fenced off stopping little feet from wandering into these areas alone. Also to make you really feel you are on holiday, there is a poolside bar. There is a great covered alfresco dining/chill out area, and for the chef in the group, a brick built BBQ. Big terrace with relaxing deckchairs. High walls for totale privacy. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. Towels and linen are provided, as well as hair dryer. Beach/pool towels are available. On request, we can provide cot and highchair and babies sleeping in cot ( 0-3) are free of charge. All windows have shutters. There is a safe in the villa. WiFi is available in the villa at no extra cost. Free communal car park.

TAXIS: There are a large number of taxi companies and taxi stops in the cities. BUS: Bus lines 2, 3, 24 and 25 connect Puerto del Carmen to Arrecife every 20 minutes (30 minutes on weekends and holidays). Line 3 goes to Costa Teguise, line 12 to the Sunday market in Teguise. There are also links to Puerto Calero (line 24), Playa Blanca (line 61) and Tías (line 34). There are several stops along Avenida de las Playas and the Biosfera Plaza shopping center. CAR RENTAL: Upon arrival at Arecif airport, several car rental agencies are located in the exit area. The car is the most convenient way to explore the island for yourself. The prices are 15-50 € per day. Rent a car is very cheap in Lanzarote and the fuel is unexpensive, so do not hesitate! Also there is free park places in the complex, near the house.
